Nirve Hello Kitty rare?
I have a Nirve womens Hello Kitty single speed 26 inch cruiser.
According to bicycle blue book this was made only in 2012. Is that true? If so does that make this are?
About how much is this worth? Again, according to bicycle blue book it says around $200. Is this about right?

I don't know about rare, but they are unusual. It is worth whatever you or someone else is willing to pay for it and not one penny more. In the USA Raleigh Twentys are going for ~$200 on average, in the UK $20. I would also take values in the Bicycle Blue Book with a healthy dose of scepticism, they don't have the volume of sales numbers to pull from compared to used cars.

As of right now, the Bicycle blue Book is utterly worthless. I hope it improves, but I'm not feeling confident.
Nirve made the Hello Kitty bikes for a couple of years. I sold a bunch of them, BITD. I guess I worked at the bike shop 2006 to 2007? Maybe 2007 to 2008. They definitely sold them then, although there may have been slight variations in paint/graphics from year to year. Basically, we sold the Paul Frank Sock Monkey Nirves and the Hello Kitty Nirves all day, while the rest of the line tended to languish a little. They were all obscenely heavy, considering they're aluminum frames.
