What bike am I looking at?

I was browsing through my school library catalog, and found a book with a most excellent cruiser on the cover. Unfortunately, the school does not carry the book, and the public library that had it lost both copies, so I cannot get the book. I also cannot get a larger picture of the cover. Looking at the cover of the book, can anyone tell me what the bike is?

I looked up some pictures of a Phantom, and I'm pretty sure you are correct.

For sure a Phantom. Even says so on the chain guard

the tank and chain guard design are also give-a-ways.
