BB386 crankset/BB86 frame compatibility
Hi,
I will be buying a new bike that has a pressfit 41.0 x 86.5mm BB (that's BB86 right?) and I want to install a FSA K-force BB386 crankset (an SRM) in it. During my research, I found that this should be possible with this adapter (FSA BB86 / 386 EVO Adapter - FSA). I was initially of the opinion that BB86 would take only 24mm spindle cranks but if it indeed can accept BB386 cranks (30mm spindle) then I was wrong.
I just want to make sure that this will actually work and that I'm not missing something here.
