Chinese hand tool quality has really improved over the last ten years or so. (I remember the stuff they made about twenty years ago was a total joke). At this point, hard to tell much difference between Harbor Freight & Craftsman. Could be the same thing. I don't know. Anyhow, I've purchased several items from Horror Freight & had good results.
