Derailleur Problems
I have a approximately ten year old Specialized, HardRock RockHopper. I have been having problems with shifting to higher gears. I will shift to a higher gear and nothing will happen. When I push my shifter to half way above my intended gear, only then will my bike allow me to shift. However if I peddle with too much force, the chain will slip back to the lower gear. This happens on both front and rear gears. My best guess is that one or both of my derailleurs are ether broken or out of alignment.
Any help is most appreciated.
