This just showed up on offer on the local buy 'n'sell website.

Very unusual fork construction, as assembled and sold online at Walmart.....

I think many who don't know bikes gets confused by the brakes. I've corrected forks like that several times and more than once having had to use considerable emphasis to explain that the brakes are supposed to be oriented differently front and rear.
What convinces them to accept the correct orientation is usually the improvement in handling characteristics.
