chain ring/crankset compatability?
I have the new, Shimano XT T8000 groupset, I want to replace the small silver chain ring for a black one

After looking online, I cant find a black Shimano 26T replacement chain ring, so I have been looking at other brands, will the following chain ring work just as well as the original? if I also use the recommended chain ring bolts.

azza_333, As long as the BCD and number of bolt holes are compatible, no problem. You probably already know this, but the smaller(est) chain ring doesn't require ramps and/or pins.

Yes, the black small ring you selected has the same 64 BCD as the crankset you selected. It should fit perfectly.
