Torque spec for shock bolts?

I have a 2014 Kona Hei Hei Supreme, which is carbon, and need the reco'd torque specs for the two bolts that mount it to the frame. Kona refuses to tell me for liability reasons (yeah thanks a lot). If you don't know this particular brand/model, what's the average carbon frame's spec?

Did you get this bike through a shop? If so then ask them. For a manufacturer to refuse spec info is odd, but if they are worried about supporting unskilled service or supporting a grey market purchase I might not blame them for withholding. More info might be interesting to know. Andy.

I would contact the nearest Kona dealer or the dealer where you purchased the bike and ask them. KONA BIKES | DEALERS | FIND A DEALER

I did buy it at a shop that is a Kona dealer and amazingly, they really didn't know..."10 or 12nM I guess" is what I was told. The shock comes pre-stalled with the frame when they get it, so unless they're servicing one, there's no need to have this torque spec I guess, hence me asking what's a safe, generic value to use.

I heard back from Kona: 15nM both top and bottom. Apparently, their initial auto-reply email they sent (which disavows everything under the sun) looked like it was sent as a real answer--my mistake.
