Freehub Identification

I am working on my Surly KM with blunt 35 wheels and Velocity hubs. I have a Shimano / Sunrace 1x10 drivetrain.

My cassette ate in my freehub and I am having hell confirming a exact replacement for my FH. Attached is a picture of the backside, Numbers make it a Chosen brand hub? I'm not sure though but would like to upgrade. Any shared knowledge would be awesome!

Ok, I am unable to post a url or pic. So the freehub has CHO-13 and SEN-03 on it. I will post a pic when allowed.

EDIT: Found this does show up on Google when searching CHO-13 SEN-03 . So, 3rd post down has all the info you need for a replacement! Or..
-- TL;DR: CHO-13 SEN-03 freehub body can be replaced with a Stan's No tubes 3.30 freehub with the use of a 12mm spacer. JensonUSA part number HU235E06

Do any of these freehubs match yours? PARTS / CASSETTE Products Chosen Co., Ltd **********???

That's the best I could find. www.chosen-hubs.com seems to not work any more. You may be looking at replacing the entire hub (not that big of a deal really).

Though you do mention Velocity, so perhaps one of these works: Velocity - Hubs, Parts, Cassette Bodies

Just in case someone googles this: Contacted Velocity who said the hub containing the CHO-13 SEN-03 freehub body had been discontinued and my options where a new hub or new wheel. Determined to be cheap, I did my research on every available freehub I could find which resulted in me getting very lucky and finding a picture of the rear of Stan's No Tubes 3.30 freehub body being measured at 36.2mm. I quickly measured mine to find they were the same. Ordered it and once arrived it fit! Only issue that arouse was the supplied spacer was 10mm just like the Velocity hub but the Stan's 3.30 bearings were recessed further in needing a 12mm spacer. With this new spacer in it fit perfect!

So, TL;DR: CHO-13 SEN-03 freehub body can be replaced with a Stan's No tubes 3.30 freehub with the use of a 12mm spacer. JensonUSA part number HU235E06

If your sprockets dug into the freehub body and that's what ruined it, it is likely that you didn't have the cassette lockring tight enough.
