38t inner ring for Tiagra 4700 crank?

I would like a 38t inner ring for my Tiagra 4700 crank. There is a Dura Ace 9000 38t but Im not sure it will fit?

As far as I know, yes. They both have the same 110BCD, four arm config.

Yes they appear identical, however there are subtle indications DA 9000 rings is not really identical to 5800, 6800 ect. For instance Stronglight have small and big rings exclusively made for DA9000 and DA9100. That seem strange if they are all the same anyway?

measure,? https://sheldonbrown.com/cribsheet-bcd.html
38 is minimal on 130 bolt circle, 34 minimum on 110.

So circle diameter is different. but both have many suppliers of aftermarket replacements
all.. bicycle chains are 1/2" pitch, "speeds" is about chain width.. in the front.

They are all 110mm BCD, 4 bolt asymetric Shimano. I was just looking for confirmation that the 38t DA ring would fit the 4700 crank.

9000 and 9100 are different generations.

4700 and 9000 are the same generation. I'd be shocked if it didn't work.
