Crankset change
Hi,
I have a square crankset on my roud bike ( Fuji 2.3 ).
Idea is that I would like to have a powermeter attached and for that I need a crankset upgrade.
On the Internet I have found Sora crankset that is the cheepest one that I think will fit my bike and
enable me to use a powermeter ( Stages ).
So my question ( as a noob ) :
1. will Sora Crankset FC-R3000 fit my road bike ? Is there any better option in the similar price range ?
2. except of the crankset , I would also need a something like innertube Sora BB-RS500 Hollowtech II ? Will this one fit ? Is this one for the roadbike ?
Thx

All Sora components are road bike intended.
You might very well need a different BB when changing the crankset. The arm/axle fit design (tapered square, splined w/ draw bolts or splined with pinch bolts) could be different and the chain line of the new crankset needs to remain pretty close to that of the old one.
Remember that the new crankset might have different teeth counts, ft der adjustments or even changes can be part of this conversion sometimes.
"I have a square crankset on my roud bike" I know that oval/non round rings are having their moment in the sun currently but I hadn't heard of square rings yet...
