what to apply to a BB on install?

after posting the question I did a search and found my answer, if an admin can delete this, I would appreciate it.

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

The Permatex will be fine for the bb cups and would also work for the crank arms. It's messy but effective.
