Finding out the size ?
I have been working on restoring an older raleigh frame ( 95 maybe ), what is the best way to find out what size BB and length, handel bar stem, seat post - size?

measuring that is the big?( is it the exact diameter ) english ( I am assuming there are differen't threads)? are cranks by manufatures or styles?
