Need advice on shifter
Hi. I need a new left grip shift. I currently have a Sram 4.0 for 3×8. It doesn't look like the 4.0 is available any more. Someone suggested the Sram 3.0 as a replacement. I would just as soon replace the pair. Any advice?

Another option if you're into grip shifters would be to go with a Shimano 8 speed rear derailleur and go with Grip shift MRX shifters. Even going that route would be pretty inexpensive.
