Pulling M950 BB

I'm trying to remove an XTR M950 BB and have gotten stuck. I have the appropriate tool for the one side, and I thought the other had the standard Shimano serrated arrangement, but my usual tool will not work on this. I guess you need two specialty tools for this BB?

You know the right side turns opposite the left side don't you? Right side loosens by turning clockwise.

Yes, I'm aware of that.

I just removed and installed one with no issues using a Park BBT-22 (about a week or two ago). Could be damaged or it could be seized.

Thanks for the tips. I do have the UN96 tool, but for the other side it seems to have the standard, recessed toothed Shimano cup, but my tools will not fit it. D'oh!
