Changing the stem on a Specialized w/ Future Shock
I'd like to put a longer stem on my Specialized Vado SL 5.0 This bike has the Future Shock 1.5. I found this youtube video, please see below;
Is changing the stem this easy? I don't want to change the installation of the headset or the shock absorber.

It is quite easy just make sure you have a 40mm stack height stem and you will be fine. You may possibly need new cables and housing and hydro lines and a bleed but beyond that you should be pretty set.
