Dumb hub lacing question of the week.

So I'm waiting on delivery of some new rims with DT Swiss 240s straight pull hubs. How does one lace the front hub - do you have to take the end caps off to run the spokes through?

How do you lace this thing?

Yes, remove axle caps. You're lacing radial, right?

the end caps just pull off, but you have to get a pretty good grip on them to do it.
