I noticed that the CS-G104 11-48T cassette lockring is about 1 - 1.5mm longer than the SRAM lockring I removed from my Mavic Crossmax 9 speed freehub body. The difference in length meant that the threads of the lockring bottomed out before the lockring applied proper torque to the cassette itself. There was quite a bit of play on the cassette . Just swapping back to the SRAM lockring worked great. (As far as I know I am not missing any spacers). I thought I would mention to anyone else using this setup. I wonder if anyone else has run into this problem?
