dissasembling a Miche Primato hub for repacking

my Miche Primato hubs are a bit rough (particularly the rear hub) and I would like to repack the beatings .
I was able to access the RH side easily.
I cannot though figure out how to access the LH HDS side.
if I loosen the grub screw on red flange and hold it with a wrench an Allen key seems to partly unscrew the silver end cap.
but then it stops.
before I mess something up, I thought I would ask here for guidance for how to proceed?

is that silver NDS cap just friction fit? Should it unthread further? if so, how?

super helpful. this sheet gave me the confidence to press on.
for what's worth things get a bit stiff in the axle after a few years. This one needed the gentle help of a flat bladed screw driver to lever the free hub body off.
after that, I realized that before I wasn't even close to the hub bearings (I had only accessed the freehubbearings.)
