How to remove Ortlieb inserts?

Got a pair of used Classic Back Rollers and need to extract the rail inserts. Before I start indiscriminately prying, can someone more experienced tell me the best/easiest way to remove them, as my rail is bigger? I have seen that they slide in and push until they click in place.

Nevermind, removed fairly easy with a pair of pliers
