TEKTRO Replacement brake pad information request.

I have a replacement brake pad information request.

My daughter dropped off her old Raleigh Sport, possibly from 2008 (?).
It is a cute little 24-speed road bike.
I noticed that the brake pads are looking very worn.
The bike has TEKTRO R350 brake callipers and the brake pads are marked P453J.
I suspect that these are the original pads.
I'm sure these pads were common at one point but they are Out Of Stock now.

What are you all using ?
Can anyone suggest a replacement for these pads ?

Binky

Just about any Kool Stop or Shimano road rim pad. Many swear by kool stops.
Most of these then allow for replacement pad inserts while reusing the holders.

Jagwire makes a pad that looks just like that.

I've been impressed by Ultegra brakes. I don't know whether it is the pads or the brakes, but they stop real nicely.

Look up:

"Ultegra Brake Shoes", or choose your favorite model (6700, 6800, 8000, etc).

They are a cartridge type shoe. You can buy them with the holder, or for later orders, buy them as individual pads.
