Rear Axle Needed?
I have a bent rear axle on a adult tricycle, I have tried to find a replacement for it. No luck! I have tried calling bike repair shops, no one can do it for me (straiten) Can anyone please help me. If I do not find a fix or replacement i will have to throw away the bike that I paid over $650 for, ugh!
I have even called machine shops, no luck, duh!
Thank you for reading my post!

We need more/better description to know what might work and what won't. Is the trike a tadpole or a delta? If tadpole what's the hub brand. If a delta the bike's brand and whether the axle also is the driver or the follower one . Deltas generally only have one wheel driven, usually the RH one here in a country that drives on the RH side of the road (the RH drive helps counteract the road's crowning). This type of axle will likely be specific to the trike brand and possibly the model too. I assume the shop you bought it from is of no help? Have you contacted directly the company that made it? Andy

All admonitions about buying a bike from Amazon instead of a brick-n-mortar that could actually service & support your purchase aside...
There really isn't that much variability in cheap internet trikes. All the ones I have seen have been rebranded assemblages of Chinese catalog items.
See if you can find evidence of it being manufactured by Pacific Cycles. If so, call Schwinn customer service. Tell them you have a Meridian & they'll send you a new axle for dirt cheap.
The reality is you are on your own.

I assume this is similar to the OP's trike.

I presume vkray added the plywood rear deck, with the original basket pushed back a little bit.
Amazon is listing the load capacity at:
That doesn't sound bad, but if say the rider weighs 200 lbs, plus 60 lbs for the bike, that leaves about 40lbs for cargo.

Where are you located?
Do you have a photo of both ends of the axle? Is it solid or hollow?
I've straightened smaller bike axles before. It just takes some patience to methodically work it until it is straight. But, the issue with this is the way the wheel is unsupported at the end, and the length of the axle, small imperfections get magnified. And, if it is hollow, it makes it just that much harder to straighten.
I'm surprised you can't find a machine shop willing to make an axle, but I wouldn't be surprised if it costs $200 or $300 to make it. Maybe even more.

Looking on E-Bay, I'm seeing a bunch of trike axles, rear end kits, etc.
It would take a lot more info to dig through and find the one that matches yours as good as you can get it.
