Mix n match hydro brakes
I'm building a bike for my son.
I have some m9100 levers available to me at a great discount. I would like to match these with some m8020 or m8120 calipers as they're 4piston. Do I really need the xx20 levers? Is there an issue with the amount of fluid needed?

There aren't even M8020/8120 levers--they use the same lever for 2 and 4 piston calipers. You'll be fine.
