ok so i am a newb and what i got going down with my bike now, i believe the derailleur came off and got jammed into the spokes and when through and is now stuck , i dont wanna break my bike and ive done the same thing on my brothers bike. I was wondering how to fix it and what i am doing to break it, thanks

So your derailleur came off the hanger, or did the hanger come off with the derailleur? in either event, its now gone through the spokes and is stuck there? there is no way to get it out of the spokes. I assume the chain is still in the derailleur, you might try taking the chain off, if you have a chain pin remover. If not, just try to get it out.

As for what is causing it...

What type of bike and derailleur is it? maybe either the threads on the mounting bolt or where you mount the derailleur on is possibly getting stripped, thus it is not holding all the way? maybe you didn't tighten it enough? if a bike store last serviced you deraillleur, see if they torque the mounting bolts to spec...

its late here so i dont think i can get a picture now but its a shimano nemesis infinity or shimano infinity nemesis i dont know which submake goes first but its blitzed and i just tried putting it back through the spokes but it wont go and the hanger is off the derailleur i think, but actually i dont know what i am talking about but it is the thing that hangs
