What part is missing from this bottom bracket?

The frame is a Scattante Race SL10, according to Google is uses a BB30 bottom bracket. I've never used a press fit BB before, but this appears to be missing something on the drive side. The bearing are indented and the non-drive side has a plastic piece that slides into the shell, I assume it's missing the same piece on the drive side. What is it called and can I buy just that piece?

Drive side

Non-drive side

Edit: this post turned from me being pretty sure what it is to then looking properly and completely speculating, so take with a oinch of salt

If it’s the same as mine on my recently condemned Madone, the bearings are 1mm ID too big (so should be 31mm in this case) and that plastic top hat/m bearing sleeve (I learned recently from kontact) acts as a seal for the bearing and brings down the ID to the correct size for the spindle. So yeah I think there should be a matching one and I can see the 24mm version on Amazon, you should be able to get a bb30 version easily enough.

Your NDS one seems to bloat out a lot to meet the shell width needed. Is that some sort of adapter to put a mtb crank on a road frame? That’s not quite the same thing so I could be wrong and you should check the ID of that DS bearing. Perhaps it just needs a washer, the type that has an offset flange to prevent contact with the outer race. Or maybe it needs nothing but it does look a bit exposed to the elements.

Looks like a bb30 to Shimano hollowtec crank adapter in which case you would need the one for the drive side . But only if you plan to use a Shimano crank. The crankset are you planning to use will dictate what is or isnt
needed.

Yeah I have an Ultegra crankset, FC-6600 that I plan to use. So I see many adapters for 24mm cranksets, is that what I need? Is this a part a bike shop might have laying around for cheaper than having it shipped?

Hmm, maybe but basically it's this and they're not so cheap that shipping would double the price or anything

You might also want to pop off the seals of the bearing, flush out old grease and apply some new grease while you're waiting for the new adapter.
