Trouble Lezyne floor pump.
I have a floor pump from Lezyne. The lever is out of position. Trying to push it back but it pops out of position again. Anyone having a solution? Enclosing link to pump and photo of my issue

As far as a fix I would try some JB Weld in the holes for the pin. Having done repairs this way in the past it sometimes works, sometimes not but worth a try. You probably need to have the lever in the unlocked/down position to move the pin into the holes as well, BUT, I would first contact Lezyne for a free replacement. They are usually pretty good with customer service.

I would think a replacement hose/chuck set would be the usual fix for a broken chuck. It sort of looks like the lever's pivot pin has either broken off at one end or the pin has shifted over so one end is no longer engaged with the chuck body. If the pin isn't broken can it be pushed back in place? Have you contacted Lezyne yet? If they are of no help and if you can't find parts otherwise available look into the Topeak hose kit. I've sold quite a few as a near universal hose/chuck replacements with very good results. The kit has included a variety of optional fittings for different pump/hose connections. Andy

It looks to me like the pin has shifted in the hole, such that there is insufficient pin projection on the right side to securely engage the hole. Can you push the pin further to the left, to make it easier to align the pin with the hole, then shift it far enough back to the right to engage the hole?
