How to remove this cassette or freewheel?

Bikes: 87 RockHopper,2008 Specialized Globe. Both upgraded to 9 speeds. 2019 Giant Explore E+3
That looks like a Uni Glide cassette which requires 2 chain whips.
One to spin the smallest (screw on ) cog while the other holds the rest from spinning.
Look closely for the threads-

BTW all but the smallest cogs can be flipped, providing 2X the life.
The smallest has a built in spacer, so it can't.
