Need 9C spindle for Bottom Bracket

We have a donated fat tire bike and the sq tapered spindle in the caged bearing

bottom bracket is toast. One of the cone edges is worn thin and the spindle is bent.

Bottom bracket Shell = 73mm
Spindle length = 164mm
Marked Type 9C
best as we can measure the left side is 56mm; center is 58mm; right side is 50mm +/-

Cannot find any 164mm bottom brackets, hoping maybe someone (coop or non-profit shop) has one salvaged from a bicycle.

Thanks

your only hope may be contacting the OEM for a new one.

i've never seen a fat bike with a 73mm BB shell..
the shells begin at 100mm width, and 120mm is also common.

i did see a 68 x 142, on ebay.... it might be made to kinda fit.... ?
ebay search: Bike Bicycle Bottom Bracket 68 x 142mm Square Taper

and there is an Origin8 that's not too spendy... it might work with spacers and a lock ring... ? you'd lose a half inch of shell contact, per side...
ebay search: ORIGIN8 XLT Square Taper BB 100mm x 164mm English JIS Steel Bottom Bracket

or go to a box store that stocks several fat tire bikes, measure a few BBs, and contact THAT MFG for a spare part....

Thanks, we will follow up with your suggestions

pic of manuf, Bike was built 2014-2016 by DK MTB and is the "Duke" model. We have attempted to contact the manufacturer this morning. We did look at the parks on the web site but it is not listed.

A 142mm square taper is too short for the cranks to clear the frame, it is a monster wide frame. To clear both chain stays we would need 6.5 to 6.625 clearance of the cranks.

I looked the ORIGIN8 XLT Square Taper BB 100mm x 164mm English JIS Steel Bottom Bracket and fear that there may not be enough thread left on the cups after stalling all the lockring spacers needed. Buying a $30+ part on a whim is tough for us because it it didn't work we most like would hold on to it forever. We did find this one https://www.thebikesmiths.com/produc...31284726923328 and for $18.25 with shipping I just might try that one.

if the OEM doesn't have the BB assy, then i'd try the walmart search thing, and hope you see another 73mm shell fatbike, then hit them up for a bb assy.
and, from my perspective.. i'm seeing more fatbikes showing up, in need of repairs.. including a new BB. two months ago...
i'm currently awaiting arrival of a possible ebike fix... the controller that was a plug/play has been discontinued by Vivi, and i am hoping a similar family controller they list will be adaptable via some soldering and connector changes. the bike in question is a 2021 model.. not exactly "outdated", eh?

New Companies should be aware of the importance of customer support, including PARTS Availability for more that a couple of years.

Got the Bikesmith's part in late yesterday, going to try it with lock ring spacers later today but also we were finally able to track down the real manufacturer (Not DK but Huffy) and they are sending us a spindle they think will work gratis. .
