Squeaky Chris King Hub

I have a new Chris King Rear ISO Hub with about 100 km/10 hours on it. I've gone through some of the initial bearing break-in and played with the adjusting cone. The hub feels tight with no play that I can tell in the cassette or the axle but I am getting a small squeak when I am pedaling / putting load on the hub. I've taken it apart as per the instructions in the manual and the guts are still clean and greasy.

Any help out there to solve this mystery squeak? Do I need to tweak the adjusting cone some more?
