Need help finding a vintage crank arm bolt...

The one I got is stripped..would my LBS carry something this old. Please help! Links to site or advice. Thanks

The image you attached it hard to decipher, but I think you are looking for a cotter pin. BTW, not all cotter pins are identical (different angles on the flat face, different diametsrs), so you might actually need to a pair of pins to make sure you end up with cranks that are 180 degrees apart.
