Rear derailleur broke off while riding

The 2 pulleys and metal cage that holds them together came off my bike while riding. Nothing broke, i assume it was a loose screw that made it fall apart. I tried putting it back together, but the pulley cage doesn't snap back into the proper position (it should hang somewhat vertically).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Take your time and work it out. Try and look at another bike beside you to see how it is put together. Hope fully you have not lost anything and nothing is bent. Probably due as you say to loose bolt.
