Where can I get lightweight 10 mm spanner wrench?
For my Ti skewers? Or do I have to order from M2Racer?

Is it just me, or does it defeat the purpose of the "worlds lightest" skewers if you have to carry a tool with them. You will now have to add the weight of the tool to the skewers to get the real effective weight. So, you might be able to get someting that is really lighter, not apparently lighter.
But to answer your question. If you carry a good multi-tool, there could be one in there. If not, you would probably be best going with a 10mm/8mm cone wrench, because they are thin (light). You could then get the file or Dremel tool out and take off the 8mm end. And maybe drill some holes. Like this:

I chuckle every time I read these threads when people qualify their questions by 'name dropping' their bike/components.
Enjoy

Typical example of thinking locally instead of globally. You fixate on the "worlds lightest skewer" by itself without considering what the rest of the system requires.

I think they could get them down to 27 grams if they used an 8mm nut. Now my control tech non-qr skewers look heavy at 47 grams!

If I had to get worried about the weight of skewers or carrying tools to operate the skewers with such hassle, I'd probably be afraid to fill my water bottle. Imagine the weight involved in that!
