I'm planning to get new Ultegra 10 spd BR6600 brakes.
Can I use my old STI 8spd brifters with them?

I'm inclined to think so.

Brifters ... very cute .... I'm giving you a 99.9% yes on that one. Brake cable heads haven't changed for over 25 years ( ah yes Campag is a little smaller) but as long as the cradle inside the lever takes a standard road brake cable, then the levers will definitley activate a dual pivot brake like the BR6600. Instal new cables and housing while your at it.
