2004 Giant OCR3 ... upgrade or replace?
Hey, I have a 2004 Giant OCR3 and I'm thinking about upgrading the components. It has Shimano Sora. I want at least 105. I like the frame so I would like to keep it. I'm on a budget of about $400 to upgrade or money I get from bike plus 400 if I sell my current bike.
Would it be worth it to upgrade? What should I get?

Personally, If I liked the frame and it fit me well, I'd be tempted to upgrade - that's assuming the stuff you have is worn out or broken.
Nashbar has 105 9 and 10 speed shifters for $249.
Probikekit.com has the full 105 group for $518, and the 105 shifters only for $200 - no tax, no shipping.
