Bottom bracket screw

Does the bottom bracket (ISIS, to be specific) come with the screw that holds the crank in the spindle, or do you have to order the screw separately?

The FSA BB's should come with the crank bolts, I think... I'm pretty sure the Truvativ's do too but not as sure.

Generally, but not always, the mounting bolts come with the cranks, not the bottom bracket.

Hit or miss on B/B's Not all manufactures include them. Neither do they come with cranksets. One thinks the other provides them...

Shimano square taper cartridge bottom brackets come with the crank mounting bolts. Shimano Octalink bottom brackets do not and the bolts should come with the cranks.

Recently put a Truvativ crank and Nashbar/TH ISIS BB on my recumbent; they both came with bolts. I had to choose between black and chrome.

I've had BBs come with and without bolts. But I guess that's already been said. More likely than not, you can talk your LBS out of a set from their parts bin.

The UN-53's don't. Either that or I got shafted.

That's what you get for buying the cheap one! Actually, I'm surprised. All of the UN52, 71 and 72's I've seen came with the bolts. Of course, they were regular 14 mm hex bolts, not the newer 8 mm Allen bolts with the built-in dust covers.
