cable quick connects

I'm building up a Ritchey Breakaway frame, and it comes with quick connects for the cables. Anyone have instructions for installing and setting up the quick connects? I searched Ritchey's website and elsewhere, and didn't find anything.

Pretty much, you run the cables like normal, trim them right around the break point in the frame and install the front half of the connect. Insert a second cable in the other half, screw the two halves of the connector together and route the rest of the way. Adjust and you are done.
