Ever heard of a Gary Fisher Urban BMX?
Local guy is selling one of these. Its a XL BMX frame with freestyle gear. Its about 10 years old, decent condition. I can't find anything on the Web about it. Ever heard of it & is it a decent bike?

My nephew has ben riding BMX bikes for twenty somethin' years,he's 30 now,he's 6'1'.I'd buy that as a back-up for him or buy that to bug him. Everything G. Fisher put his name on is quite good. It looks like a $200 bike in todays market used. BUY IT.it's x-large,it looks new, the dude is motivated. It's RED.. if I saw it within a 200 mile drive I would. For $100,you're local to him,you can back-out if it's svatched.

I'll add, look at it this way.. maybe the dude sellin' it makes 400 bucks a day but wants to save the planet and not toss it, he's too busy to pack and ship it, I just spent too much time doing that myself, next time I sell ANYTHING bulky ,it's goin' as a pick-up sale, come and get it ..ONLY.

I went & looked at it last night. I called the big local Fisher dealer to ask about it because I wasn't seeing anything on the Net. There was one tech there that remembered that model - he said it would be worth about 50 bucks even in decent condition. It looked good, but it would need about 200 put into it to make it rideable for me.
