Mavic Cosmos freewheel sound varies

Why is it so? The freewheel on my new Cosmos rear wheel (200km on it) is loud for part of the wheel rotation and quiet for the rest. Is this due to irregular lubricant distribution on the pawls or what? Should I pull it apart and make sure that it's all lubricated properly?

cheers,
Ants

I've got about 600 miles (too lazy to do the conversion, sorry) on a pair. The freehub sounds the same for the complete revolution, and always has. It's a little louder than my Ultegra. I'd be really hesitant to try to take it apart. Maybe an exchange or warranty maintenance? Seems like I saw a little write-up on the Mavic freehub in Barnett's... might be worth a look.
