Handlebar Question

First, I did a search and could not find what I was looking for, so here is my question

So about a week ago I noticed a click from my BB. After diagnosing the problem a bit more I came to realize that the click was only there when i was putting a lot of force on the pedals, funny thing the click was only there when I pulled or pushed on the right side of the handlebars. So click solved, not from BB but from handlebars. Loosened the stem (also flipped it) tightened everything back up. click was gone for 1 ride. For the past 3 rides it has been getting worse. The bike has about 15 rides on it. It has a Ritchey Comp Aluminum handlebars with a stock cannondale stem. Any suggestions on how to eliminate the click noise?

grease the stem clamp bolts, and maybe the clamp/handlebar interface. and make sure your shifters are tight on the bar.
