I Must Be Loco

...for buying a Performance brand Loco front wheel. This is after returning a rear Loco wheel that popped spokes like Orville Redenbacher. The wheel is about a month old with maybe 300 miles on it and already the bearings in the hub are spinning rough with some play in them. I can't figure out how to disassemble the hub to get at the "sealed" bearings or at least it isn't readily apparent how to do this by looking at the hub. There probably is some special tool required. Does anyone on this forum have experience with that?

On top of the hub, it is a bitter ordeal getting a Geax Roadster on and off the rim. It is the only rim I need tire levers for and it still is arduous, even using the tire irons. I think I saw a sticker on the wheel saying "Crafted with Pride by Forced Chinese Prison Labor". I'm thinking of maybe just returning the wheel to Performance and exchanging it for a Mavic Crossride, like the rear wheel I have but I'd like to at least attempt to fix it before doing that.
