oiling/greasing rubbish forks.

basically, my rst omega t5 forks dont travel smooth, yet are basically brand new. i don't know how to oil them up correctly, wether to use maintanence spray, or something else, or wether they are just rubbish.

thanks, jamie

spray dont last long better to use sime very thin grease or oil,i actually prefer oil as it dont go hard like grease does in the cold and when it gets dirty.
