Drilling Out an Ebike Frame?

The frame on this recumbent looks way overbuilt. I'm wondering to what extent it could be drilled out & still retain its structural integrity (i weigh 175).
How would you determine size of holes, spacing, & locations?

Why would you want to drill the frame out? Not a good idea.

i'm with FLYBYU. drilling holes in bikes not only voids the warranties, but also weakens the frame. even if it looks overbuilt to you, manufacturers build things the way they do for a reason.
