Problem with Gears

I have just had a new campag cassette fitted to my bike, i am running campagnolo xenon 10 spd front and rear mech with a bianchi drive, the chain keeps jumping and when I am in lower gears the chain comes off. anyone have any ideas what the problem is and how do i go about fixing it.

Thanks

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Did you fit a new chain when you changed the cassette? If not, there is your most likely problem. The old chain doesn't match the "pitch" of the new cogs and it skips under load.

If the chain acts like it's trying to shift gears you probably need to adjust the cable tension at the rear derailleur barrel adjuster. If the chain jumps off you need to adjust the derailleurs' limit screws.
See https://www.parktool.com instructions for adjusting derailleurs. Follow ALL of the instructions in proper sequence, leaving nothing out.
