Mavic Aksium hub parts?

After a lot of cycling this winter I brought my winter wheelset in to the shop to get the bearings replaced but the shop has told me both the skewers had become seized to their axles and after contacting Mavic he gave me an estimate of about $115 for just the rear wheel, which is mostly for the parts. Since a new set can be bought for not much more than that I told him I'd see if I could find the parts myself.

The wheels are 2006 Mavic Aksiums and the parts I'm supposed to get are the seal (32348401), axle (32348201), spacer (M40067), and bearings (M40660).

I thought it would be easier to track these things down, I buy parts often but it turns out I have no idea where to start looking for these things or suitable alternatives, so any help I could get to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You can buy them through an authorized Mavic dealer.

If the skewer is seized in the axle, try knocking it out.

Thanks. The shop told me the parts would be close to $100 for just one wheel from their Mavic supplier, since these are fairly cheap wheels I wanted to see if there were substitutions I could make. The axles are 100 and 130mm x 9mm, I'm not sure if this is an uncommon size. Looking at the front wheel (which I still have) it looks like I should be able to salvage the rest except the axles and skewers.

Of course both the shop and I have tried getting the skewers loose but it isn't going to happen unfortunately.
