Bikes: Tandem Beach Crusier, 1989 Cannondale M300 Mt. Bike, turned cyclocross. 2006 Trek 2200... I hate Trek, but love this bike.... others that are near junk.

Use Rock and Roll Extra Dry lube. After awhile it stains red.
