Trek 730 Multitrack

I want to replace the saddle on my Trek 730 Multitrack (1997). The original saddle sits on a "Post Moderne" stem. The original saddle came off the saddle frame, leaving the frame on the stem. Cannot get the saddle frame off. Help?

Pics would be helpfull but I assume there are one or two screws that clamp the rails onto the post. Loosen them, remove the rails, install the new saddle and tighten the screws (after making sure seat position is correct).
