Integrated Forged Headtube set-up .. bearings?

Stoopid question.... How do you deal with bikes (like the Giant FCR3 or Trek 7.3) that have the head tubes with that integrated forged head tube assembly as far as replacing bearings go? I'm used to the old style road bikes with the pressed in sets where there are all kinds of options. Whadda ya do with these guys? Do you have to just go back to the manufacturer and order up an OEM replacement when they wear out?

most of these headsets have seal bearings so if you know the size or diameter of them any lbs should be able to order them for you.
