Quite a few problems.

Problem 1. My bikes tire is always flat, everytime I fix it it's fine, but after each ride it goes flat, it aint the rim, it's a new high end bike, could it be the tires let anything pop them? lol

2. the brake fluid has vanished, not breaks don't work, how do I refill?
Thats one bike.

3. on my long bike the rapid fire shifter leaver is very tight and hardly moves, it worked well before but now is stuck.

Hope theres stuff I can do.

#1 - Always check the inside of the tire for foreign material (like thorn piece) when fixing or replacing tube. Also make certain rim tape is OK.
#2 - IDK - maybe someone else does.
#3 - Check, clean, and re-lube deraileur, and lube shift cable. If it's only tight when going into last gear, then the low stop derailleur adjustment is wrong. Other than that, maybe the shifter itself is gummed up or rusted or???

.

Rockymountain is the first two and my long bike is the last, the tire has nothing in it and rim tape is fine, it's a really lowprofile tire, proberly why, and by the shifter I mean the leaver is stuck, the wire isn't the problem, it's something inside the shifter I think

I would bet the tire does have something in it but you haven't found it. A small wire or tiny piece of glass can work it's way under the tread and be completely out of sight. Give the tire a VERY careful examination inside and out.

BTW, a good technique is to always mount the tire with the maker's logo directly above the valve stem. That way when you get a flat, find the hole in the tube and match it up with the tire. It gives you a better idea of where the cause of the flat occured and saves a lot of random searching.

The last one was on rim side, and it's flat right now, but is staying like that to after winter, i've had it with that bike for abit, breaks need fluid to.

RIM side repeated flats are often due to bad RIM tape. Years ago, my wife had 4 flats during the death ride, until she finally made a new RIM tape using one of the tubes. No more flats for years We had forgotten she had that "temporary solution" in until we put a a new tire on.

The point is, the location of the flat can be lined up with what caused it. The exception is pinching the tube while putting it on. But repeated flats are usually due to something in the tire or rim.

Well, we've had people with repeated flats from pinching the tube between the tyre and rim during installation as well. These usually cause blow-outs though as the tube squeezes its way out and pops.
