Small Inner Diameter Seat clamps?

Hi. Does anybody know of seat clamps with an inner diameter of 3/4"? One of my tubes is this diameter and I cannot find any...

Sorry, can't help but I had no idea there even existed a .75"/19mm seat tube, what bike is that?

The only one I know of that small is my 1936 Columbia, and it has an integral clamp.
