Torque Wrench

I have a new carbon bike and it looks like my seat keeps getting lower. I adjust it up, tighten the screw, and over time it appear to slip down again. So, I'd like to tighten down the screw more but I'm afriad of breaking the seat post. So, I think a torque wrench is needed so I can tighten more but not over tighten. Any recomendations for torque wrenches? I'm not a big fan of harbor freight for important things so I'd be inclined to stay away from them even though they tend to be real cheap (yeah I said CHEAP).

I solve the slippage problem by using carbon assembly compound (I get mine from FSA) on the one carbon seatpost that I own.

Lots of good Torque wrenches out there. I use the two from Park. The small, beam-style wrench is the one to use on seatpost clamps.

+1 on using the assembly compound. Harbor Freight has a decent 1/4" drive torque wrench for $20.

You can make a very functional one for less than $5.
